Important notice. Kijaschaap presents a proposed model described in a prospectus. It is subject to legal review and has not been verified for legal compliance. Nothing on this site is an offer of land, ownership rights, residency, or financial return.
Our initial focus is the islands of Zanzibar and Mafia. Zanzibar has its own land and administrative requirements distinct from mainland Tanzania, while Mafia Island is administered as part of mainland Tanzania; each requires qualified local legal review. Residence requires separate immigration authorization issued by the competent authorities. Entrepreneurs may require work permits and business licenses. Any assistance with permit processes does not guarantee approval. Registration, transfer fees and taxes are not included in any contributions described. Images on this site are illustrative and do not depict specific available land or approved projects.
