Our initial focus is the islands of Zanzibar and Mafia. Zanzibar has its own land and administrative requirements distinct from mainland Tanzania, while Mafia Island is administered as part of mainland Tanzania; each requires qualified local legal review. Residence requires separate immigration authorization issued by the competent authorities. Entrepreneurs may require work permits and business licenses.
